There's a shop near my house that uses a Dyno Dynamics, and it does give slightly lower readouts, but I've never heard of anyone complaining about...

But if the bolt locations are different, there's no use in trying to make it fit. Plus, even if they did, you'd be spending a good bit on a big-bore...
