mainly the ecu... and that the blacktop has lighter internals (worse for boost, but better for high revving) IMO 20V is way over-rated.... i...
you could also look for some 350cc 4a-gze injectors..... the latermodel gze's were around the boost you're looking at so it would be a good match IMO
even if it's electronically controlled, you can use the auto ecu with the manual..... but i would suggest that when you run by one, you grab a manual...
i pretty sure you can get a turbo setup (hks) not s/c for the tC..... pretty sure because that's what was listed as "factory options" on...
yes... in short.... there might be some emissions differences depending on years.....
