Well guys finally decide to try a build.

    So a little background

i have/Had a 98 LE i have been deciding to get rid of and have been on the fence since january, i was on the hunt for a 01 white S with sunroof and a 5 speed... long story short,it's like finding a unicorn for a good condition one... so my solution just make one yourself.

Heres is what i have going
    Lexus Ultra White Repaint
    TRD 7 Piece Body Kit
    TRD japan Wheels
    TRD strut bar
    TRD quick Shifter
    TRD Sports Muffler
Brand new Weather seals and trims
    Oem LSD
    Ae111 rear brake conversion W/ABS
    Ae111 Superstrut conversion
    Poly Bushings
    Hotchkis Swaybars
    Hid Retrofit

    Whats next to do
Swap out all the old wire harness's with 01 harness (preferably with ABS)
2ZZ Swap with 3.9:1 Final Drive

    Before

So my build began. but first a trip to the paint shop for a little TLC.

The car is now a Lexus Ultra white. brighter than toyota super white and also has a slight pearl to it

Now the real fun has started. I had to clean up all the gunk and dust that the car has collected over the years pressure washer and degreaser were my best friends
    L1140549.JPG

Installed all new trim and weather seals.. Front trims needs need clips
    L1140525.JPG
Painted the crossmember and the lateral arms also installed poly bushings into the rear arms and installed my hotchkis rears.
    L1140536.JPG

Also i am going from a sport daily so i decided i wanted to give the Superstrut suspension a try sadly my hotchkis sway in the front won't fit here
    L1140553.JPG
Next was to install the new speakers... got way to eager to test fit my ae111 seats also lol
Clutch, brake pedal, and shifter and linkage were all installed also.
Pulled the HVAC out to clean it and also install the jdm cabin filter
    L1140564.JPG
Finally got to finalizing the trimming from the back end to the front doors

as of right now going to just get over it lol.I havent even got to the motor quite yet but i have a deposit on it !, the sway bar im currently weighing my options because i found a place that will make it ... however it will cost 600 and to top it off the guy i bought the superstrut from messed up a critical ball joint thread and i can repair it. so i might have to replace it but thats 187 a bar -_- and i have yet to attempt to think about coilovers

So sites finally back up here's a update
    IMG_8982.JPG
    IMG_9083.JPG

got the 2zz installed and fits perfect aside from the passenger mount

    IMG_9739.JPG IMG_9764.JPG
Also did a big brake upgrade up front.

Always wanted to do this one only required a litle machining off the bracket
Ae111 superstrut rotor and twin pot caliper/ with celica st202 brackets with 3mm shaved off the back
other than that direct bolt on zero fitment issues

And she is finally rolling out the garage.

    2 problems at the moment.
-fans stay on (possible harness short, air in block still,or bad ect)
-No lift yet (gotta check OCV valve filters or lift bolts)

The fans will stay on because of how the celica is wired. Mine stay on as well, haven't bothered to mess with them yet.
Not having lift is a wiring issue. If it was the bolts or OCV you still be able to rev pass 7k. Did you send ignition power to the ECU?
