um lets see.....there is only one way to turn on your headlights if you dont have DRL's and that would be the knob on the left lever, as found in all cars.

    w/DRL

    ignition : nothing
    after releasing the e-brank : low 50%
1st click of the switch : low 50% + position lights on
2nd click of the switch : low 100% + position lights on

    w/o DRL

    ignition : nothing
after releasing the e-brake : nothing
1st click of the switch : position lights on
2nd click of the switch : low 100% + position lights on

if you want, you can use a different switch for your DRL... just cut the red wire w/blue stripe and install a switch on the line...

You don't know how to turn your lights on like normal people do? Don't tell me you actual drive with just your DRLs on. That is illegal.

DRL's are really dim since they only run at a fraction of the voltage. Plus your parking lights won't be on which is a hazard. Get in the habit of turning the headlights on manually at night. You should disable the DRL's for HID's. You don't want to burn them out prematurely.

Edit : Nevermind .. i just spent about 1hr and 30min .. disabling the DRL and now it works .. no more flickering and no more buzzing sound

disable your DRL... its not that hard... DRL needs 6V (half of 12V) ... so if your voltage transformer needs 12V at the input and you give it only 6V, its not enough... it needs 12V no less no more... it's like a led.. a led needs .7V to light up if you give it less it won't light up and if you give it more, it will light too much and burn out prematurly
