    when i make a left turn my right rear make a sratch nosie does that me my tires are to big or i need spacer????

    no not lower at all and rims specs are
    size 15 x 6.5 bolt pattern 4 x 100 offset +40

    Either your struts are blown, causing the car to lean excessively during cornering, or your wheel bearings are shot. Do a very slow left turn in an empty parking lot (slow enough so the car doesn't lean) and see if it still does it.

    Ah, so you're assuming your current shocks are blown. Well, if you had saved a little more, you could have gotten better shocks! Then you would have saved money in the long run, since better shocks will last longer.
