    ae111 rear disk brake parts

i have this conversion on my 01 corolla. how do i order replacement parts for this? if i cant buy the replacement parts domestically, can i just use the redrilled '95 celica gt rotors/calipers from dr. tweak's kit? can i use the same brake lines from the ae111 setup?

almost everything from the ae101/111 rear carrier can be interchanged with those from the AE92; caliper, pads, brake lines, wheel bearing. The one exception is the brake disc, the ae101/111 has a 266mm rear disc, i think the ae92 has something like 242mm. The full thickness is 10mm, the min thickness would be 8mm. You check the thickness with a micrometer. The rear disc has to be imported, they are widely avaliable in Europe, Japan, South Africa and Australia so they're not too hard to get.

Actually just about 99% of the Levin/Trueno parts will fit our car. i know that for a fact why do you think im going through hell getting parts. Thats because they are not expensive but some are hard to find. Thanks to the USMC im stuck here for a 1 1/2.

Just let me know when you get the rotors. The motor's almost done, so I'll be working on the brakes next.

OK since i went to the shop and they basically told me for the right price they will get you basically anything you want. now what I need to know is who needs what and how many so i can go and give him the list and he will send them out to you and as far as funds are concerned i will give you the P.O.C. (Point Of Contact) and you may speak to him directly, he is legit since he works on the same base i am stationed on and i already checked him out so he is clean and good to go. You can hit me up at the following listed below.

    rurodriguez214@yahoo.com
    www.myspace.com/rardz
or you can type this into my myspace and send me a message. or hit me up here.

What you're saying is if I have an AE92 parts car, I can use the calipers, pads, brake lines and wheel bearings on AE101/111 rear carriers? All I would need from Japan are AE101/111 carriers, disc backing plates and 266mm brake discs. Sounds like a very reasonable swap to me. Are you still able to bring in these parts?

How much work was required to fit the Camry V6 brakes? Did you convert to 5 lug as well or was the rotor redrilled for 4x100?
