Yay, finally got high speed at home...

Just got the DSL hooked up today. 320 down... It's sooooo nice. 56k sucks so bad. Hm, I remember back in the day when I was running a 2400 bps modem. Logging onto bulletin boards. I even had my own BBS, a :what:IV 4.12... wow, memories... Yep, then got a 14.4k at a yard sale and that was faster than anything I'd ever seen. :p

    Ahh...
    DSL is GOOD :)

I'm glad that I have cable. The school has 100 K network setup. It owned it's own communications company. Makes everything else seemed slow.

I went from roadrunner, to SBC DSL, to AOL topspeed and for some odd reason the AOL top speed has been very, very good and not problems at all. SBC DSL sucks IMO. roadrunner it too expensve, my mom has Monorail Satellite Uplink so it has everything in otherwords but she is the only one that has authorization to use it.the school district gave her the computer and the service for free since she is a veteran teacher.
