it's the same as the echo

good little reliable car with surprising interior room, a bit of pep if you get the 5 speed manual,
    and great on gas!!

I say she is making a good buy if that's her price range

    I don't dig the center-mounted gauges, but it's a perfect chick car for fineline's reasons^

The only way I would like a Yaris is if it was the S with the TRD 18" rims. Which reminds me, the Yaris TRD rims are 4x100 so it would the Corollas. But 18" is way too big, alot of fender rolling would be required :D

tell her to get the scion tc both my brothers have them and I like them... The Yaris just look's plain jane cheap but it looks 10 times nicer vs the echo whos rubber maid side panels got on my nerves ......I think the scion brand is much better vs the cheaper Toyota produc t's like the yaris whos build quaility lack's real features ....

I just dislike egg shaped cars in general. I figured the matrix filled that position very well, then came the xA, and now the yaris.

also I'm sorta disappointed the gas mileage went down compared to the old echo, but whatever.

she likes the yaris still cause of the great gas mileage. Hybrids cost too much still.
