hey guys. quick question about HIDs. what is the brightest type of xenon i can get? i was lookin on ebay and i saw these... is our bulbs H1 and H3? but which is which?lemme me kno what you think. thank you.

those suck and are not HID bulbs.. they are just fake bulbs that are tinted blue... HID stands for High Intensity Discharge (like the headlights seen in BMWs Mercedes, Lexus and Acuras) Those bulbs on ebay acutally suck more than stock bulbs. They output less light (lumens) and makes it hard to see the road at night.

what kinda HIDs do you have? and how much are they?

I have real HIDs, CATZ 5100K kit. It cost around $400-$500 i cant remeber how much i paid for it. But those are not HID's those are just regular bulbs with a blue tint and they advertise it as HIDs. Those suck thats all i gotta say. Real HIDs include 3 parts the bulb, the ballast, and the ignighter. U gotta know a bit about how ur headlight is wired to install it. U can also retrofit one in the rolla lens to get optimal lighting.

Mine are real HIDs (Lows and Fogs, both 7000k).. :wink: and they cost me $380 (installed) for a pair.. they are not regular bulbs with blue tints.. those bulbs are clear and longer than regular bulbs.. i luv them, they are bright enough, and most cops won't catch. also they come with 3 yrs warranty :!: .. :wink:

my HIDs are from Japan.. named "Xtec" HID.. good luck :wink:
