would you buy a car from these guys?

i just saw someone who was applying for a sales position here at the dealership...and he looked exactly like the kids on this homepage: http://b-townpimps4lyfe.tripod.com/id5.html

somehow, the clown got hired on...i have no idea how or why.

now i have a two-part question for the masses...

1 - if you were an employer, regardless of race or location, would you hire someone who looked like this for his interview?

2 - if you walked into a dealership and saw someone dressed like this, would you take him seriously as a salesman, or would you even consider buying from that dealership?

just curious...thanks for all who take this seriously.

he'd be making the standard sales salary+ commission while working here.

standard salary is around $125/week, regardless of his selling ability.

yeah, though that's pretty standard across the board i've noticed. Win Kelly in Clarksville is the same way, as are Jerry's and Bill Kidd's Toyota dealerships.

Well I'd say no to #1,2 and well even though I don't have anythin against how they dress or anythin but what they say it's tru "u have to dress for the job u want, not for the one u have" so I'd say "see u later kid, dress for the job u want good luck ahead"..... Also I guess based on his sales within a short time u will b able to tell wether he's worth it or not....some may look like wannab thugs and what not but some of them out there have the heart to make somethin out of a job instead of stealin from it and what not u kno... we'll just have 2 see.

No and probably not. I say "probably" because its still at a dealer and maybe they could get me a decent price however, I would want somebody more professional to sell me a car. You don't hand the check to the salesman, you give it to the finace clerk.

fenix this guy(s) actually went to the dealership dressed like that for an interview? in that case hell no

but if they do what they have to do at the dealership act and look professionally then i dont see why i wouldnt buy a car?

besides that everything about the pictures scream "wannabe" and thats not good at all

personally yeah i wear baggy jeans, hats and what not but i can assure you when a situation requires, class, professionalism and intelligence im breakin out the 3 piece suit
