would this be cool for my rollcage?

thinking about geting this carbon fiber cross bar.

Looks like more of a visual distraction (show piece) than anything else - if the roll cage is made correctly - you shouldn't see any benefit from the cross bar.

If you want to strengthen that portion - get a X-brace instead. Preferrably made from the same material as the rest of the bar - so that everything has the same tensile strength/yield strength.

I would rather put the extra money into an x-brace and welding the rest of the bar up. If you want to get real creative - you have weld up the unit body (skip weld the seams).

ya i would rather have an x brace also, that seems like such a hassle
