window scraping when moved!

    window scraping when moved!

    HELP!!!! there is somthing stuck in my passanger window and its scraping up my window!! every time i roll it down, or up, in one spot near the middle of the window somthing is rubbing on it, and it makes that alfull noise...... any ideas on how to fix that???!

    -take the door panel off
    -inspect door and door panel

    pulled the pannel off, had a chunck of mud in there....beat on it a bit, and it fell off :cool: now any ideas on how to fix the scrape marks? :rolleyes:

    are the scratches really deep?

    If they are or you can feel the grooves in the window, take it to a place that replaces windows and find out if it can be fixed.

    yup i can feel them. ill have to take it in. or live with it.

    take it in. it doesn't hurt to find out if it can be fixed or not.

    sometimes your insurance covers it(mine does) but if it doesnt it is normally pretty cheap to replace side windows
