Look at all the careless mistakes.

Who thinks Toyota been holding back their true potential ?

I can't believe that 90% of their awesome engines are not in the U.S. Some of them are short lived along with the cars that came with them.

We can't have none of those nice bang for a buck motors in our late Corollas, Celicas, Tercels, Camry, Yaris, Paseo, etc With those motors we could have put an end to many of our opposers in the sports section.

Now, Toyota has none for their 4 banger cars. Our cars should be our toys. We shouldn't be struggling behind Evos, civics, interga, infinite, Zs, or whatever car that decides to rape us on the highway.

Now if I wanted power from a corolla. I would have to go for an earlier gen corolla or the 10 gen xrs. That makes no sense when you have the same car in between. You are limited to what engine you can put inside a corolla. By the time you’ll done the legal swap you’re looking at a more powerful engine that could have been here in the states.

I don’t understand with they did to the 4age and 2zzge. The 4age is a powerful. The 4age should have been a 1.8L. It should have been able t0 compete with its competitors Now, you have to have money to make it faster .

The 2zzge is a powerful motor. The 2zzge should have been a 2.0L. It should have been able to compete with its current competitors. Toyota should have been able to product a 2zzge that can split on a v6 before being seen. Now, you have to have a thousand dollars to make the 2zzge faster . At that level some cars are stock at the same displacement. That is ridiculous

The 2azfe should have had VVTI-L. Something in a 2.4L range can only give us 170 in stock form. Then we have a 2.5L 2arfe with only 180hp. What a joke and those engines are in a lot of cars.

They turn the MR2 and Celica into a joke and the Celica is the father of the Supra. Toyota is the ultimate troll.

Well he's right. Toyota doesn't give America the best because America doesn't want it. Most people just want to get from A to B comfortably and reliably. We are the weird ones.

What other choices do we have? That engine is really to be turbo. They gave us "that" engine instead of the new v6 2rgfe or the old 3MZ-FE v6. The 2azfe make can make 300hp on stock internals. That beats the 2zzge. The 2zzge with 250-80 and the 1zzfe with 220-30. The 1zzfe wont even be reliable with that much power on stock. If the slivertop 4AGE 40v,3sgste,3sge, or the 4efte were legal: emission wise, then I would have taken one of them instead.

I wonder if it's possible to blot a 2nd gen 3sgte head in a 3rd gen 3sgte, while staying obd 2, and still pass emissions .
