When I installed one I just put it where the stock airbox bolted to the frame, thats one 02 and on a 97 we just left the fitler hang there.

Here is where mines its a injen but you get the idea.

Do any of you guys have anti lock brakes? I do and I cant point my intake down. the intake ends up sitting right against the anti lock brake wires.. kinda sucks. also with the bomz rai i cut a half an inch of the end because it was kind of sitting in the filter.

Better not to have it for auto-x. All types of "traction control" suck for real driving anyway. I just wish we could get rear disks for less than an arm and leg

ABS also sucks when you are trying to have fun sliding around.

i ordered my corolla that way, i like ABS, its saved my ass a few times on the freeway. My 95 corolla didnt have ABS and with stopping distance you can tell the difference.

LOL, it actually saved you ass, when one of my cars had it, it was more of a neadache for me, cause I had hard time gauging my braking.
With my Corolla I can tell when I am getting close to wheel lock.

And on the highway with the way I drive, I wreak I am walking away from it.

LOL.. I wreaked on the highway in my 95, i was so dazed i couldnt walk for what felt like for ever but turned out to be only like 2 minutes. The air bag fumes were chocking me and burned my arms. I still have scars.

    Yea those airbags are killers.

I had a college student high in No-Doze and Caffenie hit me, in the passenger side, T-Bone accident and it set off both bags. A 90 Civic totaled a 96 Subaru Legacy Wagon.
If my arm was on top of the wheel like always I would have lost my arm instead I got 2 degree burns.

I could also not hear for like 45 mins

But when it comes to ABS, I hate the brake pulse, it freaks me out everytime, I dunno why
