    white face dials 2k4 LE

    The white dials in my 2004 LE seem to glow by picking up some hidden side light. Does any one know how to change the color of the side light so my white will become blue or green? How hard is it to pull the speedo/tach cluster out? Thanks. :?:

    I have a CE and have looked into the whole "change the dash cluster light" deal. Taking the dash cluster out isn't hard at all. There is a screw underneath the top of the black plastic border. After the screw is out you can pop out the border, exposing more screws for you to remove. When you get everything apart you will see that the dash is illuminated by a bunch of tiny rectangular LED lights, look like the same ones that are on cell phones. So... it is possible to change the lights but I decided it wasn't worth it. Maybe after I'm done with the rest of my mods I'll bust out the dash cluster and solder in some new lights. :p

    Sorry if my description was vague but if you take apart your dash and will see what I mean.
