Where's the vibration coming from for you?

Well i'm currently in the process of dynamatting about half of my car. Finished the trunk lid already, did about 1/4 of the trunk and am finishing the headliner. I got a few more days left. And it doesn't help that I got a cold from being out in the cold for so long.

Anyhow, mainly my vibrations were/are coming from the trunk lid, the headshield for the exhaust (majorly), the rear plastic deck, and the headliner.

Where are your vibrations coming from?

My trunk and spoiler...my first spoiler that is...vibrated really bad. Now, after my wreck, and having a completely new back end on my car...something else is vibrating. I definitely don't hear the same sounds outside my car anymore.

Could it be the plastic cover of the baby seat thing?

I’m not saying you have a baby and also the baby seat.
I’m talking about the plastic cover on the top of the rear dashboard that when you open up, there’s a hook for the baby seat. That cover is kind of lose and looks like will vibrate. :)

I used to stuck in some tissue to the places that are loose and might cause the vibration.

Yeah...as far as my interior vibrating...I've got to figure out how to stop my rearview mirror from doing it. I have to readjust it to where I can see like every 5 minutes when I listen to my system loud.

I don't have that problem anymore. It helps to have your system break off your mirror...lol

As for the interior tie down covers, I took those off.

Here's a little update on the dynamat, I did the liner now, no more vibration, at all. But the WHOLE trunk vibrates including the rear bumper and i'm not gonna have the whole trunk done by the end of the day. No more vibration there!

Then tomorrow i'll have about 4 hours maybe of work and then i'm all done...woopee
