where to get a good deal???

i've tried to search the forums but could not find any topics on places to get a good deal on decks. would it be a better idea to just go to a best buy or circuit city so i could get a warranty on the products??? im looking to get an alpine or pioneer deck. just trying to save up some money and lookin for a good deal.

Never buy car audio at retal price. Go to best buy or what ever to check out how it looks and sound. Unless you have hook ups at the retail store never buy from them. Also best buy and other major electronic store dont really carry the good stuff. You have to go to the local car audio shop to buy the nice stuff.

If you really want to buy the HU at the retail store I suggest you go to Good Guys, cus they are the only major chain electronic store that carry good stuff. But you have to pay the high retail price. If you go there check out the Eclipse deck, they are really nice, and sound really great. They are kinda pricy but well worth it. Also if you do get it, spend the extra $30 for the extended warranty so if anyone steals the deck they will replace it for free.
