Wheelmax sucks!!!!

    Wheelmax sucks!!!!

    Well maybe it's my luck but i got some rims and tires already mounted and balanced sent to me and they sent me the wrong size lug nuts(too Big). Then once they sent the right size ones i tried putting on the center cap and the cap wouldn't lay flush on the wheel plus it was a crappy design cap and looked like the back of the cap was busted because there should have been some clips on the back. I am sending them back and never doing business with them again!!!

    I would ask for money back or part of the money back or something man, ur paying big money for that so hey why not? This country is all about complaining and stuff, that's how people get away with stuff here so go ahead and give it a shot man complain off ur ass just like corollarider19 said man

    eh I'd still bitch I don't care lol.... u paid money and of course gotta make ur money worth man cause it's not like u walk into ur work once a week and ur boss just hands u the money and say here.... u have to work hard for ur things for companies like wheelmax to screw u over so I'd bitch till they get sick of u man and return u the money or something

    It is a well known fact that wheelmax sucks! Their customer service is bad, and their products are that that better.

    Hey guys thanks for the support. I called them today and told them the center caps don't fit and they said they are broken so I bitched like hell and told them to send me new center caps next day air or they are going to have a lawsuit on their hands and she said we'll send it out right now...lol!!! Mother f'ers...If that don't work im driving to thier warehouse and im going to stick my schlong in that so called "supervisor's" ear!!!

    well actually, i ordered my 17" adr sokudos from them and they called me the next business day confirming my order and within the week, i got the rims with everything i needed....so i dunno man, it could just be bad luck but i had a pretty good customer service experience....but in ur case, i agree with every1 else...call them up n b*tch them out.....or the ear idea would work too, haha....

    Well the update is that i have to unmount the wheels from the tires because i took the stickers off the tires and cannot return them and i am exchanging the wheels for other wheels. I don't have to pay shipping and i am getting more expensive rims for not a cent more. I'll probably break even because of price of unmounting and remounting and balancing the new wheels to the tires. Oh well at least I am getting new wheels soon. I will post pics as soon as i have them on. I guess when you talk to a manager of a supervisor you get things done.... haha

    I got my wheels from them, and i'm pretty happy. They're stupid tho.. try ordering a cheap set of rims online from them, and then call back the next day asking to switch them to hotter rims...... the sales associates were lazy and gave me the hotter/more expensive rims for the same price.
