There's no such thing as cheap horsepower. It if seems too good to be true then it probably is.

Don't do it. It's a joke. There is no way an electric motor can pull air hard enough to make any difference. And in order to do that, it would require a lot of current draw which would put a parasitic drag on the alternator making you even less net power.
