What would u like to happen?

So, heres a random thread.....it can be farfetched, but keep it somewhat realistic.....like no flying dogs or something......newayz, what would u guys like to see happen in your lifetime???

Personally, i would like to see the following happen:
-A mass produced flying vehicle
-A cure for AIDS
-Humans will no longer be so dependent on Oil
-Humans step foot on the moon once again
-Humans step foot on mars for the first time
-We send a spacecraft out to another galaxy and find other life
-RFID tags to replace UPC codes on merchandise so all you have to do is walk under a metal detector like machine and it scans all the merchandise you want to purchase (i work at walmart n the word is theyre already starting to work with other merchants to integrate it into their products)
-Harness time travel (I believe in it and theres proof its possible)
-Plans for a Skyway (this is my own personal idea that ive had for a long time, lol, this skyway would be an 8 lane highway built as very high bridges above cities and any topographical obstacles. They would be meticulously straight with absolutely no turns and very little altitude change. They would connect only major cities. You wouldnt be able to drive on this highway, but instead you have your car pull up on a platform which latches onto your wheels and tow hooks and have two soft bumpers that would enclose the front and rear of your car. This platform system would be magnetically controlled, which means it would be hovering which means a very smooth ride (much like what japan already has with their bullet trains). It would also be able to reach a very very high speed, close to that of a commerical jet airplane. Once the car has reached its destination, the platform will roll under the skyway and back to its city of origin (much like how the steps of an escalator roll under and loop back around) The charge for using the system would be used to the benefit of that particular city's economy and for any maintenance required on the skyway system....if they started the interstate system a couple of decades ago, then hey, it can happen)

the cost of high luxury cars coming down to the teens in pricing. Man i would buy as many as i could. and that would make me happy until matienence then i be screwed.

- Holodecks, I get sick and tired of watching what the assholes on Star-Trek do with the holodeck, we all know what would really happen if they existed, Come on now
- Legalized Human Cloning, I'm not a religous bastard, if you can make humans go for it, I personally would like to have a copy of myself on ice to harvest parts from
- Anti Gravity, I want to know what its like to be in space without actually having to leave earth.
- Burnable media so big it can store the internet on a single disk as we know it today.

Actually, there is a place thats trying to market weightlessness and zero gravity after experiencing it with NASAs simulation plane. NASA has a plane (i think its call Vomit Comet or something weird like that) that climbs to like 30,000 feet in the atmosphere where the earths gravitational pull is minimal. Once they reach that altitude, the plane starts descending and you have zero gravity.

Newayz, x-ray specs would rule but so many people would get in trouble with that, hehe....

Yeah the Comit Comet is awesome, I watched it on TV. But I want to be weightless for like hours at a time to really get the feeling.
