    Oops. Looks like someone goofed in the description - they just described the thermostat. Radiator cap does nothing but to help modulate when coolant is vented to the recovery tank.

    i'll tell you what it does. it'll take longer for the coolant to overheat. if you don't wanna spend 40$ on a 1.3 bar radiator cap, go to a junkyard and buy one from a civic for like 5 bucks. that's what i have, and it works great.

    mine has never been refilled or changed, i got 57,000 and its a 00 rolla Its kinda low but still there though

    i wonder if i should get it flushed or emptied and refilled wit the toyota fluid or just fill it back up with the toyota one
