Nothing wrong with Centerforce clutches. I got a quote for a stage 3 w/ light flywheel for about $550 installed. I'm still debating jumping on that deal. Just need the money. :)
BTW, a guy in my area just got rid of his 750whp Civic and had a Centerforce stage 5 in it, and he said it felt as light and easy to use as a stocker. Something nice to remember about them. :)

I have an 01 corolla, i installed a new stage 3 clutch from gripforce and i hate it, I think a stage 3 is to much power for a corolla, when i take of on 1st the damm car shakes like crazy, the cluth has 2 much grip, so i would recommend you go with a stocker! or stage 1, nothing to crazy unless ur gonna do alot of mods to your car.

Yeah, there is no need for stage 3 unless you're pushing more power.

go with a stage one racing clutch from exedy . this has an organic clutch disc and heavy duty pressure plate. this is made by daikin and is used frequently by toyota. also invest in a longer actuating rod for the slave unit.

haha...stage 3??? You dont need a stage 3 in a stock or modded corolla unless your turboed, but even then, a stage 2 will be more then enough..

^^^ yeah too much and youll experience crank walk . the 4g63 mitsu engines are notorious for it .

as for the violent shaking at engagement , mine did it too , it was the motor mounts , and also theinput shaft bearing.
