thermostat backwards? too many cuts and solders in the wire can also throw off the gauge's calculations. 210 is the temperature i get after running my car for about 30 minutes. the fan turns on at 203.

    Water Temperature ??

I have a 04 rolla s, I recently installed a 160 degree t-stat and aftermarket water temp gauge & sender. For some reason even after I put in Redline Water Wetter and t-stat my car is reading around 205 to 210 degrees with the A/C off. Why does it seem to be running so hot? Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
