Then buy a stock hood and cut holes in it.

    reading comprehension works great
the reason the hood scoop on " her " hood cracked is because of the workman ship, if it were done correctly then just bondo wouldnt have cracked

even though i DO plan on fiberglassing mine on so i dont end up with a problem, mine not only bolted on, i used apoxy to basically glue it to the hood, holds great

wrong...i assume you're talking about the Invader hood? that lets a buttload of water in.
best idea. that or fiberglass a scoop on a stock hood with "functioning" holes. just DO NOT use bondo...someone bondoed a scoop on her hood, and the "seal" created by the bondo cracked horribly.

i think some1 said that the vis CF hood works, it doesnt get air in the engine but it lets the hot air out without letting the water in

the hole, if positioned UNDER the scoop, wouldn't necessarily destroy it. it's riskier to have just random holes in the hood.

...water generally doesn't go up the scoop. since you brought up the VIS hood...the only one i know of made for corollas that has a scoop is the invader, which has a REVERSE scoop...which successfully directs water INTO the engine bay.
