VPower order??????

    VPower order??????

    Anyone order from VPower.net before?? I placed an order for an Altis grill back on 6/25/04 and my order still says pending yet my CC was charged a week ago. Is this site always slow or should I have not ordered from it?

    Addicted2boost: I emailed him and also sent a PM. I PM'd him days ago with no response and so far no response on the e-mails. I guess I have to just wait it out.

    oh.. man... sorry i was soo busy this passed week, my car broke down, summer school is killing me, vpower server was having problem this passed week and blah blah blah.. oh well, that's my personal problem. :(

    anyways, i think you are the one that order the grill right? altis grill should be avaliable tomorrow morning, and i will try to have them ship it out to you tomorrow after noon. sorry about the wait. :(

    Ok now the order says delivered but there is no tracking number and nothing was delivered :(

    Ok still nothing, and no replys to e-mals. This is getting old now it has been since 6/25.
    He did reply before to an email and told me to check my order for a traking number but ofcourse there is none.

    Ah man, I would never order from VPower now. I haven't yet, and never will. What kind of service is that? Damn, come one....If you run a shop, do it right and gain customer respect. Being busy is no excuse!!!! Come on now, take a lesson from Donald Trump. You're Fired!!!

    I know how frustrating it can be, altramagnus, because I've gone through it before. It was a big hassle and waste of time and money. After this transaction is resolved, don't buy from Vpower anymore.

    Well being backordered is one thing but telling me it is finally in and to go get my tracking number only to find it doesn't exsist and the site says delivered makes me worried. All I ask for is to let me know it is still not shipped or give me a tracking number at least reply to me in some way. So far i've paid for a grill I don't have. I am done with that site after this and that is a shame because he does have some pretty good prices.

    I just hope I recieve this :?

    Although I have to agree with the poor practice in business, sometimes it does take FedEx, UPS, USPS, whatever the shipper is using to take a day or two for the shipping number to appear on the system. Also, I hope you were charged only when the item was shipped.

    did you wait 24 hours before tracking it? UPS needs time to put it in their database.

    The problem isn't me jumping the gun with the tracking number because I don't have a traking number and the website has said order delivered since the day he told me it was back ordered.

    To answer the other question: Yes I was charged well before it was shipped, but I am ok with that as long as I would have recieved some sort of traking.

    i never recieved a tracking number w/ my order and the payment was immediately taken outta my account. I'm pretty sure my front lip came directly from the vendor though.

    back order means i don't have the stuff in stock and that doesn't mean that i can't get it from other vendor. i had to call other venders to get your grill ship to you, if they don't provide me the tracking number, where do you want me to get it from? also, i put it as "delievered" because there is no "shipped" option for me to pick and i don't want it to be in "Processed" because i have no way to know if you receive the stuff or not.. get it? but please, if you have receive the product, please reply a message here that says you received it.

    anyways. i just want to say, i'm going to temp. closing down Vpower because lack of time. when i first start vpower, i was working full time so i had a lot of time to take care of my customer, but now, i'm a full time student with 4 classes during the summer, there is no way i can be in the office everyday to answer phone calls, return all the emails, fellow up all the orders, get the tracking numbers from my vendors, charge credit card, entering data/do accounting, pack stuff and ship stuff all by my self. thats why i've decide to close it down. i WILL, however have all the stuff ship out or return all the money before i close it down (which is sometime this week). no more orders will be taken after tonight.

    for those of you who have order stuff from vpower before, thanks for all the support. if i ever going to open it up again, i will make sure i have enough time to take care of it.

    First off the reason I put up this post about the tracking number is because you sent me an E-mail telling me it was originally back ordered but you just got some in and that you will have it shipped out to me and that I should go to my order link to get my tracking number and that was back on 07/09/04. Of course it is now 07/15/04 and still nothing and if I would have recieved an update or an e-mail reply from the 2 other e-mails I have sent you this would have been a little easier to deal with.

    I did my no means just deside to vent because I didn't recieve a tracking number when I hoped to it was because I dedn't recieve one after I was told to go look it up by you.

    I hope you do eventually have the time to re-open your site, you do have a good selection and very good prices. And thank you for admitting you don't have the time to follow up with your customers and being upfront with that.

    hello,

    have you receive the product yet? i just called my vendor to fellow up all the orders, he finally provide me the tracking number, and it shows that it has been deliever today.


    also, just want to let you guys know that, i just finish talking to my parent about my company, they said they are going to take it over and expand it, they have been doing business for a long time and will do alot better job then i did. so after we get everything straight out (like accounting, meeting with vendors and stuff). vpower will be open up again under new management.

    Actually no nothing delivered today, even checked with the neighbors just in case and nothing. No "we missed you " door tags either.

    Glad to hear your company will remain open you did have good prices and selection. If I do receive this and all goes well with the site I will order from you again. Nothing personal on this I understand your busy with your life but please understand that when a customer is charged and pays then doesn't hear anything back they do get concerned.

    Please call your vendor back for me because maybe they gave you the wrong tracking.

    Keep me posted on here or please e-mail me. You should have the email address.
