    Just like those RWD focus' (foci, lol) that have a GM crate motor in them putting down 450 with mags and straight through exhaust. Beastly. Ok, time for someone to cram a 2JZ into an ae102.

    i hope the drive train and the chassis is strong. it might not be able to handle that much power.

    Look at the ECU in the last pic, on the left of the engine... 'LS1 Miata, S/N 002' Could that hint that there's more then one? And at 1st I thought it was a fake, but if you look at that same pic, its looking like its real, it looks fairly vacant on the sides of the engine too...

    They stole my idea for my Colorado next summer, cept' I want the Lingenfelter ZO6 package in it...

    I think its too much power for the car, unless they did an overhaul on other stuff. Which is possible since you can see the roll bar. but those rear tires don't look thick enough to put the power to the ground properly. Woulcn't mind seeing it go.

    lol... metro... that reminds me... someone came into work the other day with what looked like a metro.... had a front hood scoop... and pontiac badging.... turns out it's a 3 cylinder turbo car..... and they were stock like that...

    if someone has the time and talent to cram a v8 in a miata i am sure they upgraded the rest of the car to handle the power.

    anyone know the weight difference between the two motors?
