    Turbo setup help

I'm looking to boost but I'm looking for a good setup not only for the turbo but for the entire motor from headers back exhaust replacement and internal work. I need information on turbos with good spool up capability for a 98' corolla. I also need a good full exhaust(headers, cat, pipes, and muffler). NO CATBACK EXHAUST, I'll need the whole thing----back-pressure is a bitch. For Internal work, what kind of compression do I need. Should I keep the same compression ratio and replace the pistons with better forged pistons and connecting rods or should I drop the compression. Any extra information providable, please share. I left the corolla community a while back and swithed to honda but I just finished my hatch. Now I'm ready to finish the corolla and I'm looking to finish out strong. Thanks.

You don't need header (not headerS) if you go Turbo. :)
So if you're planning to turbo, just don't waste money on header.
And what do you mean "NO CATBACK EXHAUST"??
