TSB SU 004-00 Addition of plate washers TSB

    TSB SU 004-00 Addition of plate washers TSB

    Do any of the Toyota technicians know the reason for the addition of the "plate washers" part # 94611-10800 mentioned in TSB SU 004-00 for the 00 Corolla ?? (and other models)

    They are added to the 3 top strut mount bolts and the 2 lower strut bolts.

    What I dont know is the reason for the bulletin (the symptoms)
