trying to write a DIY CAI for 93-97 rolla

    Hi every1!
my name is Tam. and i have a 96 corolla for a really long time(1 year Lol:D ), planning to covert it to 5sp when i can rent a house(still live in an apartment). I have a custom made CAI, it works out very good and cheap :D . My English was not so good and i was too lazy, and maybe selfish. NOw my English is better ;) . i would like to share and help any1 how to do it. But i might need your help on writing up a complete DIY. You only need around $70 for this project( that's incluled K&N filter). Most of the stuff on Ebay. so anybody needs to make 1 just ask me. Hope i can help. i tried to take some pics but my camera is dead(thanx to my bro). so i will try to get some pics asap.

Didn't see this thread and actually made one just like it. How did you make yours and does it give you any worthwhile gains? Take some pics of it!

you will see some gain for sure. i stepped on the gas at highway speed and wow. I even hit 110 mph and the car still want to go for more. compare to my old Sri and stock air box. I smoked a 97 Honda civic auto with CAI and exhaust(my friend). we started at green light and i won for about 4-5 car lengths.I'm trying to borrow a camera from my cuz.
