    ok, got it. if they were really intelligent they would keep me from decompiling their SWF file and finding the algorithm :D

    I just used some common sense and guessed that rose is always the middle portion and the petals are little pads hanging around it. Therefore, the middle '.' must be the rose and all the '.'s around the middle '.' must be the petals. If there is no middle '.' on the dice then it has 0 petals. Add them all up and voila! you will get the correct answer everytime. Atleast it did in my case :D

    You mean cross posts from other boards?

    Without cross posts, most boards wouldnt have off topic sections or video sections.

    Ive seen that exact puzzle on at least 5 boards recently.

    Nah, Rolla95. You should be able to get it too. If you think closely of a relation between the two main themes in this teaser, you will be able to get it right the first time too. I saw it the first time and just thought for two minutes about what it is all about and voila! :D
