    TRD Strut Tower Brace

Has anyone installed a strut tower brace on their car? Is installation easy? do I simply remove the nuts and place the brace in its place? or if I remove those nuts will something from my engine fall down or something? do I need a machine to tighten it or can it be done by hand?

    thanks

Yes something from ur engine will fall since its connected to ur engine.

All u need is a wrench I forgot the size but
Just unbolt the 3 bolts on top of each strut make sure ur wheels are straight and car is on the ground level. then just put the FSTB on top and bolt them down. Ur suppose to torque them down to a certain amount im not quite sure, but theyre around the site somewhere.

lol.... yea.. is very easy... just like you said, removethe nuts, put the strut bar on, and lock it..

don't worry, nothing will fell off.. (as long as you DON'T left your car up when you are working on it..)

those wrenches are not cheap, tho. My craftsman torque wrench cost about $75. Borrow one if you can, unless you plan on working on your car a lot.

even if something did fall down, it wouldnt be anything from the engine because the bolts connect to the strut assembly, it would be from the suspension. but yea nothing will fall..i believe the size was 12mm if i remember correctly.
