    TRD Strut bar

Ok, I found a TRD strut bar for an 2001 Corolla. I own a 2000 Corolla, will this fit my ride?

You gotta put it on. I got one and was worried about the high cost but it looks great in my opinion and is worth every penny.

ebay strut bars are "adjustable" and r @least 5 pieces (2 mounting plates, bar, and 2 bolts)....the 2 bolts (1 on each side) that u have 2 tighten up 4 a snug fit...and they due tend to loosen up over time...it's a cheap buy for a cheap strut bar...TRD strut bar is 1 solid piece and a really really snug fit...literally have 2 work it on...so alot more solidness and reliability...so it does the job...and it looks a whole lot better 2

Also, e-bay bars might not clear the hood, where as the TRD one will. I've seen dents in the underside of hood from e-bay bars.

Exactly, i previously had a cheap ebay one on there and yes it was significantly cheaper ($20) it was not only flimsy but it didnt exactly fit so i had to drill and expand the hole for it to fit. Even with that it just didnt look as clean and sturdy as the TRD one. Now granted i have my TRD bar for show purposes only so i dont plan to argue the rigidity of the bars i just like the look of my TRD bar with the carbon fiber engine cover and the rest of my engine bay.
