Well then the question would still be...

Would you rather have a lower car but lose some of the warranty or go with a car that is higher and keep the warranty?

I would say Tien and Eibach(TRD Springs) are kinda in the same boat when it comes to quality seeing how neither of them are Ebay quality stuff.

This makes no sense, first you say you would go with Tien because TRD doesn't have the extensive research and development as Tien but then you say that Eibach is in fact the maker of TRD Springs. Are you saying Eibach doesn't have a good research and development deptartment?

Also, from what I understand Tien's ride may be a little more harsh than the TRD ride but most people think the Tien's make the car look nicer than the TRD's so it's also whether you prefer looks over comfort or comfort over looks.

I have a tokico struts and trd springs set up with a trd strut tower bar. and man the feeling from stock to what i have now is awesome. I love the ride it feels so nice. I would say go with the trd springs cuz the teins would drop to low or if u like being low then u can go with the teins and always hear something scratch when pulling in and out of driveways.

I really don't like questions like these. When it comes to two nice quality springs like Tien and TRD it really comes down to preference.

Are you worried about warranty? Go with TRD.

Do you want a lower drop? Go with Tien.

There are plenty of these threads. Just do some searches. Check out some rides with a similar setup and decide what you like.

Tein, more research and development behind their springs since thats all they make, TRD makes many other products so not all their time is devoted to it, actually none of it is since they dont make it, Eibach does.

it also depends on which tien springs you get. they make the s tech which is lower in height and the h tech wich is not as low and offers better ride quality.
