TRD kit: Paint or install first?

I've had my TRD lip kit sitting in my garage for a few weeks now. I want to put it on. Do you guys think it's better to put them on the car first so the body shop can match body paint? Or have the shop paint them first and then install so the entire piece can be painted?

If I go w/ the "install kit first" route I'll probably re-primer them black to "sort of" match the car while they're on b4 painting.

paint first and then install it, since its a trd kit u know its perfect fit so no need to prefit it.

I would install it myself and later on have the shop paint it.

But, on the other hand P.Stoner (sorry, I've had that in my head for awhile) is suggesting that I just have the shop paint it first and then install it.

In either situation, would there be a good shop in the So. Cal., Orange County area? Preferably a place where I wouln't have to speak Spanish fluently to receive a good deal.

(edit: after reading this over, it sounds racist...I'm actually refering a specific shop...I forget the complete name but I believe it had "Sadistic" in it)

(edit: actually..it still is sort of racist, isn't it? Well...it wasn't intentional.)

theres no point in installing it first cuz the shop would just take it off to paint anyway, ur better off having them paint first and then installing to reduce any chance of scracthing ur car's paint when installing it. the only reason for prefitment is if u have a fiberglass kit cuz then it might not fit perfect and u need to have it fitted first, but the TRD kit is all perfect fit so no need to fit first.

paint it first, always paint ur parts first, don't be like some out there that put the primered kit on and throws off the looks of ur car and or damage the kit while at it.

Paint it first. Too much trouble reinstall it. I did that. Takes a lot of time to remove the old 3m tape completely before you can put new tape on.
