    TRD Flywheel & Clutch

I want to go with a 10lb flywheel in my 2001 Corolla and I know that TRD has one but i don't know of a good place online to buy it is. Anyone have any idea's? I'm also looking for a real good clutch that is driveable but way more sticky then the stock clutch. If you know of a good reputable dealer online that sells what I'm looking for please let me know.

    Thanks...

Ultrarev.com has the best pricing I've seen

Look at Fidanza flywheels and an ACT clutch here http://www.ultrarev.com
The Fidanza flywheel is 8.3 lbs. and is significantly lower in price than a TRD flywheel.

I have a Fidanza flywheel (9lb 1.5oz) and ACT HD clutch -- I love it.

Well it happened, My clutch blew up today. If I stop the gas to the floor it just slips like a bizzatch. I want to get the Fidanza Flywheel and the ACT HD clutch. Does moneywrenchracing.com ship fast because I need the clutch and flywheel ASAP. Also do I need to have the flywheel ballanced because someone told me that fidanza's are not ballanced or something ready to install but that might have been a load of BS.

    Thanks...

You might have bought them already but I was planning on purchasing the clutch from
    https://www.prostreetonline.com/store/drivetrain/ for $300 shipped for a HDSS
you have to look it up by model number. our corollas use TC2 and it comes up with it for a celica. They don't even have it listed for corollas.
and the flywheel from monkeywrenchracing as they pricematched with ultrarev for 359+8s/h

I didn't have any problem with MWR's shipping..if you order a clutch and a flywheel, they might cut some $$ off for you -- ask them about it =)

I have never heard about balancing a flywheel. What's to balance?

I'm talking with MWR right now trying to get a total quote on an ACT clutch and Fidanza Flywheel. I hope i can order it soon though because my clutch isn't going to get me to work in a few days :)

I just ordered my parts, I went with the XTSS because I want the most driveable hookup I can get since I'm going to boost next.

Just placed order today at UltraRev.com, Prices aren't bad lets see if there service is up to par :) I need these parts by Friday of next week so my friend can install them on his day off.

Good luck with the install -- FWD clutches are annoying. I ended up paying someone to do mine..then again, I couldn't have it apart for more than a day...and I'm not a mechanic. :p
