    How loud is a TRD muffler on a 98-02 Rolla? If anyone can post a sound bite that would ggggrreeeeeeeeaaatttt

    I checked out Vamp's site. His car sounds loud to me. I think it's because has a E.L. Prototype CAI and a TRD axle-back.

    Does anyone know where to get a gen 8 TRD exhaust for a good price? I can't find one on Ebay and the stealership wants $400.

    The stealership you called is retarded because that muffler is discontinued. Trust me, I made many calls. Give TRD USA a call and see what they say ;) Dealers are just plain retarded because I called about 8 around here and they all said special order from Japan for $400. You can only find them used now.

    I called my Toyota dealers around the Souther California area and they all quoted me at $368+. I called 3 dealers and each had them. But in the end, I figure its a $300 I could spend elsewhere in hopes of performance (if you want the sound, you could perhaps go for a borla or magnaflow muffler which sounds similar).

    i got mine for 225 on sale 2 years ago. i've been pulled over by lapd for it once and they wouldn't buy that it's street legal. basicly sounds like a apex worldsport exhaust.
