    I saw that but Im not sure what kind i need to go on the grill.. Like does it stick on to it or do I need one that clamps it somehow... just not sure what im looking for =p

    The eBay ones are all stick on. Unfortunately, they tend to get messed up in those automated carwashes. I wash my car by hand so there's no problem there. But just keep in mind that it'll get bent up if you take your car through the machine washes. Here's an example of what you're looking for:

    Some people like to cut off the red-colored "Toyota Motor Sport" but I chose to leave mine on. Here's my pics:
