Engine TRD air filter 2002 corolla s?

    TRD air filter 2002 corolla s?

    Someone please help. I have a 2002 corolla. Do they make a TRD air filter for my car? Is the air filter the same as the 2003 or the 2001. I'm kinda confused. Does anyone know for sure? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

    i've checked the trd catalog and i cant find anything for 98-02 corollas. u could go to a dealer and ask them if the one for 03+ works for your car but your next best shot would be to go with a K&N filter.

    Yeah, dealers have K&N filter for 98-02, I got one for my 2001. They said it's practically the same.

    The 03 filter does not fit. I was accidently given one instead of the 98-02.

    trd is just rebadged stuff..it would be cheaper and probably the same results getting a k&n

    mustve been a catalog mistake.

    The reason i asked was because i was on www.toyotapartsoutlet.com and i found a trd air filter for the 98-01 corolla. Under Trd>air filter>98-01 corolla. This must be a mistake because they don't make a filter for the 02. Thanks guys. I'll just go with the K&N.
