    Transmission differences?

    Does anyone know the 5-speed transmission codes for the '93-'97 Corolla and the '98-'00 Corolla? Are they the same?

    C-50 for the 4AFE and C-52 for the 7AFE in the 93-97, not sure about the 98 +

    I believe 98-02 are the same for transmission code. I'll try to look and see if I remember.

    That means that the 2ZZGE is a direct swap for all '93-'97 Corollas as well, as long as you keep your stock tranny. :)
