Engine Tranny Swap.

    Tranny Swap.

    Did anybody ever look into doing this? Since Corolla and 4WD XR Matrix have the same engine and frame is it possible to swap out tranny, rear axel, ecu and some other parts and make corolla 4wd?

    I'd imagine it's possible, but from what I hear, the 4wd system can't take much punishment.
