Tire choices from Costco for my steelies

i need to get some new tires for my steelies in time for winter. my friend recommended costco, and said they have pretty cheap prices for stock tires and they mount & balance and stuff for free. even if costco isnt the cheapest (tell me where is cheapest then?), what do you all think of the following brands? i currently have bridgestone potenzas.

These are the tires offered for my 98 LE:

bridgestone potenza..................$75.99/tire
michelin hydroedge.....................$97.99/tire
michelin symmetry......................$84.99/tire
bfgoodrich premier touring............$61.99/tire
bfgoodrich traction T/A H.............$73.99/tire

today i began to fishtail a bit on wet roads....how do the traction of any of these tires match up against my bridgestones?

Which potenzas?
A lot of people like potenzas, but it really depends on which potenza you're talking about.
If I were you, and shopping for tires in the winter, I'd look into winter (not all season) tires. Are you in a place where it snows a lot? I think you would love yourself every minute you're on snow tires in snow. They make a huge difference.
If you are in need of good reviews, tirerack.com is a great place to find that sort of thing. They may even be cheaper?
