any car looks better with tint. 35% allows you to see in a distinguish between colors.

is that legal in your state? keep in mind, that's a SEVERE difference...and cops can't see through limo tint, therefore making it riskier to you should you ever get pulled over.

I think it's tacky to have 2 different tints on your car...And 35% sucks ass. Here in Bama, it's 32% but I have 15% all around and I have yet to be pulled over--oh and I have had it for um, about a year.

It's a chance that I was willing to take... 32% is just not dark enough...It's not worth it.

In Baltimore, if an officer pulls over car with limo tint, they are told over the speakersystem to roll down all of their windows.
Last year an officer approached a car, was talking to the driver, and was shot from the backseat out the side window. Officer couldnt see in the backseat due to limo tint.

I have 20% on my passat, and at night that is dark enough....limo tint all around would be too dark at night for me.

yeah...fix-it ticket, at least that's how it is for MD. it's more expensive than it's worth to get dark tint and then get the ticket.

I know of a guy that have had to peel his tint off. Not a happy camper. Of course, I paid $200 for some tint and had to peel it off I'd be in a lot more trouble than it's worth.

Wow, infamousrolla I'm jealous. Here in Hawaii the legal's 35% (front windshield cannot be tinted), but it's easy to get away w/5% if you're careful. It's a hefty fine, though... $500+, I've heard. Tint tickets (here, at least) are usually just add-ons. Cops don't generally pull over for tint, but if you're doing something else wrong you can bet they'll catch you for everything else -- tint, recon, etc.

I used to have limo tint all the way around on my last rolla. I got so fucking sick of getting pulled over though. On my new one I have light tint on the rear and rear side windows. It's less of a difference between them and the untinted fronts.
