Floor mat too far forward? Unichip wires wrapped around the throttle cable?

    Accelerator loose?

I'll have to check it out on Friday or Sat.

Maybe the cable was just cold right when you started it and it "froze" in place for a second.

i've actually had this happen due to the rubber cap on the end of the cable at the throttle body coming loose, traveling down the line and sticking in the wheel... odd shit, but you might want to look there too.
