The last piece of the puzzle: JGS Turbo manifold

*woot* *woot* My turbo manifold came in today. I've only been trying to get a hold of one forever since Stafford kept dicking me around. It's very well made and looks to be quite strong. All that I need to do is position the flanges, cut a hole, and weld them on. I'll post pictures of all my parts tomorrow since I still don't have any Internet access at the new place.

ASAP. Next thing to do is meet with my friend, look over things, and order the aluminum IC piping while gets started welding the flanges to the manifold. I also have to arrange for me to have another car to drive.

Log style will be the strongest design. Plus, It's going to be really cramped back there, especially with an external wastegate and a 3" downpipe.

Here's the majority of my turbo parts. I just went over the intercooler routing and sizes with the personal doing the install last night. The aluminum piping is gonna really hurt my wallet. I'm looking at around $450 for piping alone unless I can manage to get a discount from the distributer pending on the size of my order. I also have to get a custom 45 degree silicone reducer made, but the total for the silicone connectors should be around $150 and $55 for all the t-bolt clamps. I'll most likely instal the return fuel system and start cutting out the bumper to fit the intercooler while I wait for the other parts I ordered.

No problem. As soon as it's completed, just hit me up. Too bad I don't think it'll be ready before Seneca, since it takes 6 to 8 weeks to order black silicone connectors. Speaking of which, ouch on my wallets behalf. Silicone connectors cost me $192.58 shipped and t-bolt clamps ran about $63 shipped. The piping itself is gonna hurt me a lot, coming in at $390.97 before shipping. 2.75" and 3" bends cost a lot.
