    how have people dealt with code po420? I'm getting it all of the sudden

    CHeck you o2 sensors if they are fine and runing cat is clogged up.

    well, I think that during one of my cleanings, I bent the MAF. So I changed it, and no CEL so far (couple days).

    it's back... p0420. does anyone use one of those eliminator devices?

    You're getting this code because the ECU is reading an abnormal voltage from the post cat o2 sensor. This is most likely from a clogged cat or a faulty o2 sensor.

    Replace the cat and have the post cat o2 sensor checked out. This will eliminate the CEL from coming back again.

    so... there is no way that it could be the fact that the engine is now 03? I was thinking maybe i could try to do the TSB ECU flash, since my ECU serial # falls into the category of flashible ECUs....
