How do you like it vs. the RSX or the new Eclipse? If I was going to buy a car in the under $23,000 range, I would also consider the Mazda3. It's supposed to handle like it's on rails. I dunno if it has much of an aftermarket though.

I wish we had Scion's up in Canada, i'd love to get an xA (lowered, rims, with a low pressure turbo or small no2 jet)!

    But, get the tC :D

    94,
I haven't driven either of those cars yet. My buddy has a turbo RSX S solidtuned.orgwhich is pretty darn cool. :) I've never been inside a stock one though. The new eclipse body design just doesn't do it for me so I probably won't ever drive one unless a friend buys it. :) The one I test drove was only $18k too. Include a $3500 Stage 1 kit, and I'm still under 23. :D

fineline, kiss it. :) j/k good point. Here ya go.

They handle nicely, pretty tight around corners.

The one I drove had 18's wrapped in 225x40x18 tires. Cannot remember who made em. It looked suprisingly good with 18 in rims on it. Normally I don't go for that diameter. :)

The shifting was tighter than my corolla's gearbox. Not like sluggish or anything, but I don't quite know how to explain it. The pickup was really nice for a n/a. (I guess I can credit that to the torque) "A little torque now and then never hurt anyone." - Me from just now hehehe

The steering wheel feels really good. The leather wrap has a more flexible feel and a softer grip than mine. The steering seems tighter too. I get a btter "sense" (if not false sense) of control with it. I really like it.

The dashboard gets a big thumbs up. I've always had this thing that I equate quality dashboards with being able to push on them and they are soft. :) So good thing there too.

The rear seats recline, I kinda geeked out a little about that.

Also you can control the on/off, volume, and channel of the radio from the steering wheel, which is a feature I remember bmws and mercedes were the only ones I used to remember having.

    Barney, TeeVee,
I wouldn't mind getting one, but every time I say I am going to it does not pan out, so "I'm not going to get one". lol Plus, I have a perfectly good 04 S, that I just paid way too much on a **** grill for it.

    But nice ride.... :)

Well of course not after driving a passat. :) But the difference in handling, power, and tuning potential vs. my Corolla is...well you know. :)
