    1st: what is the difference between teins h and s-techs?

    2nd: since i am the vuteq type-a kit, what brand of springs should i get?! tnx

    h techs are a more comfort oriented spring w/ less of a drop than the s-tech.

    w/ the Type A kit I'd recommend Hotchkis, Tein H-tech, TRD, or Eibach.
