had my mud guard off the inside of the fender to pop out a dent and i glanced at my swaybar and thought this looked kinda odd...i guess the bushings are worn out or something..

It's not odd cuz they are kinda sideways....
To really know if they're busted, you have to take them off and rotate the ball joint a bit and then get an inch pound torque wrench on the nut, if you can get a reading between .4 to 8.7, they are fine if not replace them...

...some word of advice... stock links are probably the worst engineered part on a rolla, that and the way they position the front O2 sensor anyways, to get them out you need an allen key to stop the bolt from turning while you unscrew the nut. It those are the original link, you will most likely strip the allen from the bolt and like I had to do on mine.... use a cutting wheel on 3 outta the 4 bolts, with 3/4 inch clearance from the CV booth, you better have cold blood in your veins... The ones I bought were not much more expensive than OEM and the ball joints are like double the size and much more tough plus next time I have to change them, I can use a wrench to stop the bolt from turning istead of that pesky little allen key.

Sorry for the long post here, but believe me, you will know when your sway bar links are due to get change, you will start hearing klonk klonk klonk everytime you hit a bumb in the road and it will most likely get on your nerves big time, if you still have no problem that way, keep them or change them for better ones before it's to late.... your car, your money.... just my two cents...
