    Suspension Bushings

I've heard changing the OEM bushings of your suspension to Urethane ones can really improve your steering feel. How much does a set a bushing run for the 93-97 Rollas and where can I get them from? How expensive is the installation and would I be able to do myself easily? Also, what about bumpstops? Does anyone make aftermarket ones, or are the OEM good enough?

i think i may have heard of different bushings being put together for a custom kit from energy suspension. there is no kit that i know of.

i think you can do it yourself with some basic tools.

oem is good for comfort. they don't last as long.

I have front lower control arm pivot and transverse link bushings (which increase caster) also poly bushings on both the front and rear sway bars. I will get the rear control arm and trailing arm bushings soon. The OEM bushings usually have to be destroyed (drilled, cut, burned) or pressed out with a hydralic press if there is a metal outer shell. However installation can be done easily by hand with a block of wood and a rubber mallot. And you must get a new alignment after you replace these because removal of the control arms are necessary. 93-02 can get bushings from Fulcrum SuperPro or Cusco. Energy suspension ignored our gen but just as well, SuperPro is higher quality anyways.
