Engine supercharger vs. turbo

not possible with either i think, well spec-v.. in the canyons, maybe. WRX no way. get a 3sGTE and you'll pwn all. maybe not an STi but yeah...

do u think the trd supercharger will give the 8th gen corolla wut it needs 2 spank spec-v and wrx?

or should u go the more x pensive way and boost the rolla. which is high ly difficult b cuz of the scarce parts

Spec-V... possible with turbo.
WRX... just pray that their driveline breaks, then you stand a chance.

I think it's possible with spec-v since XRS can has a good run with it. But WRX is not possible at all.

my corolla spanked a spec v from 0-60 ^_^, and i spanked a 2.5 rs subi, both of the times i only had intake exhaust, thinking about going supercharger . my frend traded in his 2.5 to a wrx so i'm thinking if maybe i have a chance against him -_-. all i know is top end my car is crap, das y i race from start to 80.

Just read your other threads and know that you have a 01 rolla.
TRD supercharge wouldn't fit 98-02 unless you mod the hood.
If you gonna do that then I think you will be the first one in the north america to do it.

the spec-v is not fast. It doesn't take much to take one down. I know someone who has one. I've ridden and driven it and I am not impressed. And there is no way you can beat a WRX even with turbo or supercharger unless you dump a new motor such as the 3sgte or 2zzge super/turbocharged in there. But there's no point considering its not practical to have so much power in a fwd setup. The awd on the WRX is more efficent in putting down even balanced power with a lower chance of peeling or burning out.

actually there are 1 or 2 people i've seen that has done it on cardomain.

how much inches does the supercharger need to clear the 01 hood, and i don't live in north america, but hawaii ^_^

i never ever did see or hear any s/c kit for the 98-02 corolla,only fits the 03+corolla.
